Air-Sea Battle was one of the nine original launch games made available for Atari 2600 back when the console made its debut. Developed by the company themselves, the game features a wide variety of gameplay modes for both single and two-player matches, consisting of six-game types each with a handful of sub-categories. Boiling it down, the gameplay consists of various types of shooting minigames in a competition to get the most points against a friend or CPU. Players can choose anything from anti-aircraft games to the likes of polaris and bomber games. Air-Sea Battle received extra attention after being made available in a Sears bundle under the name 'Target Fun'.
