Darius Twin is a scrolling shooter video game and the third overall game in the hit arcade series 'Darius'. Darius Twin takes the horizontal shooting gameplay from the first two games and adds in different tiers of power-ups that players can collect for various upgrades and effects. One of these effects is even a throwback to the first two arcade games. The game is both single-player and two-player co-op, allowing two players to have their own set amount of lives. Powerups gained during play persist through death, but if you run out of lives, it's game over with no continue.
