F-Zero is a futuristic racing game developed and published by Nintendo for the Super Nintendo. It has been re-released many times over the years, including being bundled with the Super NES Classic Edition. The game takes place in the year 2560, where a new type of entertainment called "F-Zero" exists (which is similar to Formula One Racing). The player gets to choose from 4 different characters, each with their own vehicle and varying stats. During each race the player's vehicle has a power meter that loses power every time you hit an opponent or run into the guard rail, once you deplete all your power, your vehicle will explode and you lose the race. Your power can be recharged during each race by entering the pit area.
