Alien vs Predator is a beat-em-up video game based on the comics of the day (predating the movie franchise by a little over a decade). Put together by Jorudan, the game has players step into the role of the Predator as they make their way through six stages. As expected, the Aliens serve as the main enemies. You have access to some of the Predator's more iconic abilities, such as invisibility. The Alien bosses found in some stages are based on various real-life animals, utilizing their skillsets to throw the player for a loop. While the game originally came out in Japan, Activision picked it up for the West later that same year.
