Friday the 13th: The Game is a third-person multiplayer survival horror game developed by Illfonic. The game pits up to seven players together on a large, semi-open world map. While six of the players are normal camp counselors, one of the players is randomly selected to be Jason Voorhees himself (with the game as a whole being based on the same film franchise). Players must traverse the map activating traps and meeting certain conditions to escape and win the match, though Jason wins if they manage to kill every player. While it has a large focus on multiplayer, a single-player campaign was added with preset scenarios, some of which were also based on the films' plotlines.
