Salt is an open-world exploration game developed by Lavaboots Studios. The general vibe of the game is relaxed, encouraging players to chill out, take their time, and enjoy the feeling of sailing on the open seas in search of treasure. Since the world is procedurally generated as you play, exploration can proceed endlessly. Search by yourself or online with friends in multiplayer as you collect resources, items, and other RPG-styled loot. Conflict is absent in the game, instead focused entirely on exploration and trade with others. While Salt has an overall quest to complete, there are around 50 side quests to do in the meantime.
