Shenmue 1 & 2 is a remastered collection of the first two classic Shenmue games for modern consoles. As one of the most influential games on the Sega Dreamcast, Shenmue tells the story of Ryo Hazuki, a young man who begins a journey to avenge his father after he's killed at the hands of a rival. Shenmue was one of the earliest examples of a truly open-world game, offering a realistic simulation of a living, breathing world with NPCs on a schedule. The combat system is based off of Virtua Fighter, and has an emphasis on martial arts and button inputs. The collection polishes up the resolution and control schemes, and gives the option to play with the original Japanese audio dub.
