Tetris Attack Cheats For SNES

Change Characters

To change your character in vs mode, start a one-player game in VS Mode. After you win a match, press and hold the X and Y buttons. If done correctly, you will unlock the ability to select and play as any character you have defeated.

Harder Difficulty

At the start of the game, when Yoshi appears on the screen and says “Nintendo!”, press B, A, L, L. If you hear a sound, the code was entered correctly. With this code active, the panels continue to rise even when you make a combo or a chain, instead of stopping.

Play As Bosses

To play as the bosses, on the two-player Character Select screen, have both players press the L and R buttons at the exact same time. When performed correctly, this input unlocks the boss characters, allowing them to be selected and used in two-player matches.

Super Hard Mode

Start a new one-player game in VS Mode. When you reach the Set Level screen, highlight “Hard.” Using Controller 1, hold Up + L, then press A. If entered correctly, Super Hard Mode will be activated, making the gameplay significantly more challenging with faster and more aggressive panel behavior.

Stage Clear Passwords - 1P

To enter stage clear passwords, from the 1-Player menu, select “Stage Clear,” then proceed to the Password option. Enter one of the passwords listed below to start at your desired stage or level.

VS Passwords - 1P

To enter vs. passwords, from the 1-Player menu, select “VS,” then proceed to the Password option. Enter one of the passwords listed below to start at your desired stage or level.

Tetris Attack Game Genie Codes

The following cheat codes are for Game Genie. These can be used on a Super Nintendo (SNES) with a Game Genie device, or you can use them on any emulator that supports Game Genie Codes. If you want a Game Genie device, you can always check online for one.

Tetris Attack Cheats For Game Boy

Super Game Boy Borders

When playing Tetris Attack using the Super Game Boy, go to the title screen and press and hold Up, Left, or Down, then press A or Start. If done correctly, one of six hidden screen borders will be unlocked, giving the game a variety of secret visual styles.

Stage Clear Passwords

To use stage clear passwords, select Password in stage clear mode and enter one of the following passwords.

To use VS passwords, select Password in VS Com mode and enter one of the following passwords.
