On the main menu, highlight 1P Game. Then press and hold L + R + Down on both controllers at the same time. While holding them, the cursor will move to 2P Game. Press Start on controller 1, and now both players will be able to select the same character.
While on Stage 1, head right to the first door, but do not enter it. Instead, turn around and go all the way back to the starting area. You’ll find a hidden character cameo: Douglas Bild (also known as Oozie Nelson) from Jaleco’s earlier game Rushing Beat (Rival Turf!).
He appears briefly and apologizes for not being able to help fight the Deutschland Moldavia (DM) corporation. (His former partner, Rick Norton / Jack Flack, is playable in this game.)
To unlock Norton & and Orbot as playable characters in story mode, enter the code below.
