Anytime you complete a level with full health you will be awarded an extra life.

How To Enter Cheats And Passwords

To enter cheats and passwords for Castlevania: Dracula X, you will want to head over to "Password" on the Selection screen. Here you will find a bunch of torches lighting up windows, cycle through the items with L or R and you can hit A, B, Y, X to select that item with the corresponding window. When you are done entering the password, press "start" and if you entered it correctly you will start at the desired stage.
