Comix Zone Cheats For Sega Genesis

Infinite Health

To get infinite or unlimited health, go to the jukebox in the options menu and press C on 3, 12, 17, 2, 2, 10, 2, 7, 7, 11. If you did it correctly, you will hear Sketch's voice.

Stage Select

To activate the stage select, go to the jukebox in the options menu and press C on 14, 15, 18, 5, 13, 1, 3, 18, 15, 6. If you did it correctly, you will hear Sketch's voice. Now, highlight any number from 1 - 6 and press C to select the start episode and section, and press Start twice to get back to the main menu. When you start a new game, you will be ported to the starting level you picked.

Paper Airplane

To throw a paper airplane at an enemy, hold the A button (punch) for a few seconds, and Sketch will make an airplane and throw it in the direction you are facing. The paper airplane does a lot of damage to enemies but it will take a good chunk of your health away in the process, so use it sparingly.

Fart

To get Sketch to fart, keep pressing down on the D-pad over and over. Eventually, you will hear him let on out.

Secret Items

When you come across the rats in the levels, if you put them down after freeing them, they will show you hints or even dig up hidden items in the levels.

Sega Easter Egg

If you pause the game for a short while, Sketch will have the caption or chat bubble that says "SEGA!".

View Credits

To view the credits of the game, go to the options mean and press A + B + C. If you did this correctly, the game credits will instantly begin to play.

Comix Zone Game Genie Codes

The following cheat codes are for Game Genie. These can be used on a Sega Genesis with a Game Genie device or you can use these on any emulator that supports Game Genie Codes. If you want a Game Genie device, you can always check on Amazon for one.
