Gunstar Heroes Cheats For Sega Genesis

Special Slide

To do the special slide attack, press Back to Forward on D-pad using the down motion and the B button. It is a power slide attack that can be done from the standing position in either direction.

Rotate Title

To make the title rotate downwards instead of upwards, hold down on the D-pad right before the Gunstar Heros logo appears.

Unlimited Health

While on level 5 there will be a pod that drops health, if you keep keeping it, you will be able to keep getting it to drop health. Repeat this till you get to 999 health, but be careful because enemies can destroy it.

Gunstar Heroes Game Genie Codes

The following cheat codes are for Game Genie. These can be used on a Sega Genesis with a Game Genie device or you can use these on any emulator that supports Game Genie Codes. If you want a Game Genie device, you can always check on Amazon for one.
