Super Mario Land Cheats For Game Boy

Hard Mode

To unlock hard mode, beat the game.  Now on the title screen, you will notice the mushroom next to the word Start turns into Mario's head. This indicates that you will be playing on hard mode when you start the game.

Hard Mode + Level Select

To unlock the level select option, you must first beat the game on normal mode, then beat the game in hard mode. Once you beat the game in hard mode, next to the word Start on the main menu you will be able to change your starting level by pressing A to cycle through the starting level.

Super Mario Land Game Genie Codes

The following cheat codes are for Game Genie. These can be used on a Game Boy with a Game Genie device or you can use these on any emulator that supports Game Genie Codes. If you want a Game Genie device, you can always check on Amazon for one.
